What to Bring for the Screening Exercise
Candidates are required to bring the following documents for verification during the screening exercise. Make sure all documents are well-organized to avoid unnecessary delays:
- Office Files: Four (4) official files from Emmanuel Alayande University of Education.
- Passport Photographs: Six (6) colored passport photographs. Ensure they are recent and meet standard passport requirements.
- O’Level Result: One (1) original copy of your O’Level result and four (4) photocopies.
- UTME Result: One (1) original copy of your 2024 UTME result and four (4) photocopies.
- Testimonial: Provide a copy of your secondary school testimonial.
- Acceptance Fee Receipt: Ensure you have the receipt for the payment of your acceptance fee.
- Post UTME Screening Result Slip: Print out your result slip from the Post UTME screening exercise.
- Letter of Attestation: A letter of attestation from a respected civil servant not below Level 12.
The letter must include the civil servant’s phone number and functional email address. - Evidence of Local Government of Origin: Obtain and provide proof of your local government of origin.
- Result Checking Card(s): Bring the necessary scratch cards to verify your results if required.
- Letter of Recommendation: Provide a recommendation letter for admission from a reputable source.
- Birth Certificate: Submit your original birth certificate or a sworn affidavit of age declaration.
- University Admission Letter: Present the admission letter issued by the university.
- Application Form Receipt: Include the receipt from your application form purchase.
- JAMB Change of Institution Printout: Provide a printout showing Emmanuel Alayande University of Education as your first-choice institution.
